User Management
Who can sign in, and which menus each role can open. Anyone not listed signs in as Sales. Emails in ADMIN_EMAILS are always Admin.

Roles & permissions
Tick the menus each role can open. Changes apply on the user's next page load. A dash means the menu does not apply to that role. Finance analytics also gives access to rate card costs.

Copy all data between servers: estimates and versions, requests, People, roles and permissions, finance and the audit log. Only you see this. The file contains rate card and finance figures, so keep it private and delete it after use.
Restore adds documents this server does not have and replaces older copies. It never deletes anything and never overwrites a newer document here.
